By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
The Service is a free, browser-based game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play the game and read the site's content for your own use. You may also embed the game on your own website using the code on the embed page, provided you keep the game and its attribution link intact and do not present it as your own work.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Copy, redistribute, or repackage the game's code, assets or content beyond the intended use described above, without our permission.

3. Intellectual property
The game, its code, graphics, sounds, text and design are the property of Domino Partner and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The rules of dominoes themselves are in the public domain, but our specific implementation, artwork and written content are not. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to play and (where permitted) embed the game, and no other rights.
4. Advertising and analytics
The Service is funded by advertising and may display ads served by Google AdSense and use Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Our Privacy Policy explains what data is collected and how it is used, including how you can control cookies and opt out of personalized advertising.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domino Partner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
